The pandemic has everyone rethinking their careers. Are you contemplating leaving your current profession or have you already lost it due to the pandemic? What do you really feel passionate about? It may be time to put some energy into improving your career by starting to improve the career section of your home.
The career area of your home according to Feng Shui is located in the middle quadrant of the front of your home. Usually the entrance of your home is also located here. If you have a decent amount of space here, this can become a Feng Shui area dedicated to career inspiration.
If you plan to change careers or are in the process of looking for a new career, Feng Shui can help by improving the career space. Once you figure out where your career area is in your home, then it is a good idea to enhance it with things that improve this space. Water is the most important improvement you can add to this section. You can incorporate this element by adding a waterfall image or putting water in this area. This can be a Feng Shui waterfall, an aquarium or even a fresh bowl of water that you change regularly.
Other great items to include in this space is metal. You can put a metal file cabinet in the area or even a piece of artwork that is made of metal.
One more great thing that you can add here is images or books of what you want to do in your career. For instance, if you want to be a real estate agent, place things related to real estate in the area. Every time you look at this area, it should inspire you toward that path.
The same thing applies if you want to be a nurse. Hang a stethoscope on the wall so that every time you look at that wall, you are subliminally inspired to move in the direction of that career. A stethoscope is a symbol, but symbols influence the mind just as much as words or photos. If you want to do something in the field of travel, then include travel brochures in the area or images of places you want to visit. Or, if you simply want to be a cashier, place a toy cash register in the area. Want to be a daycare owner or worker? Enhance the area with things that show your love for children and learning.
Whatever field you are seeking, discover what symbols, books, or images are appropriate to inspire you and place them in the career area. Ultimately, your career area should be a collage of things that are important to you and motivate you toward success. Upon making these changes in the career area, you may find yourself meeting the right people or getting the right opportunities to lead you to the career path you are seeking.
